“Working with the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector in health and care research- VCSE Research Partnerships at VONNE”

Francesca Morland is VCSE Research Partnerships Coordinator at Voluntary Organisations’ Network North East (VONNE). Her role focusses on bringing together the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector and health and care research sectors, to form more reciprocal and sustainable partnerships.

This session will focus on with the VCSE sector is and how they can be a valuable partner in research. It will include an overview of the VCSE landscape in the region, what they can offer to health research and how to engage effectively with communities through the VCSE sector. Fran will also present what support is available to researchers through VONNE when connecting with communities.
